Describing Room

I have a one-bedroom place which is a dorm. When you first walk into the room you have my sink that is in the room, and you also have two beds. When you walk in the room, the bed is right next to the door. On the left side is the sink which is in front of the door. There are also two desks in the room. The desks are side by side, next to each other, once when you get further in the room. When you first walk in the room the closet is on the right side of the door in the room. Two of the desks are at the end of the bed. I have a window on the far end of the room next to the second bed that is on the far end of the room. In the middle of the room, you have a slide door that is next to the sink, and it slides open. Once when you open the slide door there is the bathroom with one toilet on the right side and there is a room with the shower in it on the left.

Kanji

My reflection on learning kanji was more difficult than trying to learn the katakana chart and the hiragana chart. I think the more we work together and be in small groups I think it’s easier and faster to pick up on learning the kanji chart. I can tell things are starting to build up with learning about the charts and trying to talon in Japanese in full sentences. My brown is still processing by knowing what languages are. I also think it’s fun and interesting to learning these new lessons and charts because it gives you an idea on what you need to know when learning Japanese. Having to know all of the charts we been learning and doing the lessons can be helpful but forgetting. The most fun lessons that we have done is introducing ourselves and talking about our families, it was great getting to more about the numbers and who the people are in our family.

Jikoshokai: My Business Card

For my business card I like how I can learn how to write my name and other contact information, because it’s a great way to know what to do in the future. I think it’s a great exercise to have when writing Japanese, the correct way. I know when you are writing it’s a certain way to write based on the Katakana and Hiragana charts. After I do my contact information, I would love to teach others how to do theirs. I think the hardest part again is making sure it is said correctly after I get done writing out my business card and make sure I’m not missing anything.

Jikoshokai: Blog My Family / Jikoshokai: Script

Grandpa- Sofo    wa hachi ju yon si des Mom - Haha wa roku ju si des  Cousin - Etoko wa San juni si des  Big Brother - Ani wa niju si des My reflection on doing the family activity was pretty fun cause we get to talk about our families' occupations and what they do for living and discusses how old our parents and siblings are. I feel like we can go to our family and teach them what we have learned in this class and talk all about the meaning of learning these lessons. For doing plenty of these activities it’s a great exercise to know about other people's family and have them speak in Japanese so we could have a great skill set. I am down to do another activity I think it can be easy and hard to write my script introduction because I am not good at trying to come up with sentences in Japanese. It can be a little difficult trying to put in a sentence of what I need to say. I think the easy part about it is saying it rather than trying to write it. When...
